DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:ABSTRACT: The hands-on portion of the tutorial will guide the developers through the steps involved in using the TAU Performance System (http://tau.uoregon.edu) to study a sample Fortran 2008 coarray parallel program. The participants will use a HPC Linux LiveDVD that will allow them to boot their laptops to a Linux distribution with the requisite tools installed. The participants are encouraged to bring a laptop with them and to install VirtualBox virtualization software and related OVA files from http://www.hpclinux.org/.  Participants will also receive temporary guest accounts on Oak Ridge National Laboratory's Titan supercomputer.
