DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:ABSTRACT: There are numerous national and international reports highlighting the critical important of preparing current and future generations of computational scientists, technologists, engineers, mathematicians, and scholars in all fields of study.  Further, there is a critical need to engage significantly more under-represented minorities and women across all fields of study as well.  There are many challenges and countless opportunities for addressing the need to prepare a larger and more diverse community able to advance scientific discovery.   The goal of this session is to gather community input to identify strategic activities that the community might pursue to support learning among the HPC community.  The session leaders will describe work that has already been accomplished to advance HPC learning, and they will invite the community to share other challenges, accomplishments, and opportunities.
